Refunds.

• All products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

• We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

• All sales are final.

• The item is defective due to a manufacturing fault.

• The item arrives damaged during shipping/transit.

• Notification must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order (starting from the delivery date).

• A mandatory parcel opening/unboxing video is required for all claims. The video must clearly show:

 • The sealed/untampered parcel upon arrival.

 • The process of opening the package.

 • The condition of the product immediately after opening.

• Without this video, we regret that we cannot process any exchange or claim.

• The product must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, inserts, and accessories (if any).

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the desired replacement item.

Note on Shipping:

• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

• In cases where the issue is verified as our responsibility (e.g., wrong item shipped or proven transit damage), we may cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label — this will be decided case-by-case.
