• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if necessary.

• All items are artificial/fashion jewellery.

• Product images are illustrative; minor variations in color or size may occur due to lighting or display differences.

• Prices are in INR (inclusive of applicable taxes) and subject to change (final price shown at checkout).

• Orders are subject to stock availability.

• We accept secure payments via cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and COD (where available; convenience fees may apply for COD).

• We may cancel or refund orders in case of issues.

• Pan India delivery through trusted partners.

• Dispatch within 2–4 business days.

• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days (subject to external factors).

• No returns or refunds for change of mind (all sales final).

• Exchanges accepted only for defective or damaged items: Notify within 48 hours with mandatory parcel opening/unboxing video.

We are not liable for indirect losses, delivery delays beyond our control, or third-party issues. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
